A User-ID view is a special reporting view that only displays data from sessions in which you send unique ID and related data to Analytics.
To check these settings, open the appropriate Account>Property>View.
Once there, select admin settings, and first check the property User-ID settings.
There are two things to confirm:
1) If the User-ID feature is enabled and set up correctly.
2) If it is not set up, select view settings and make sure that either the User-ID
reports are showing as disabled (see screenshot below), or not showing at all
.
